Welcome to Episode 12. This meditation is designed to help you re-energize yourself when you are feeling flat or deflated. You will notice that I reverse the usual body relaxation technique, to help you feel more grounded, centered and uplifted. I do recommend that you stand for this meditation, the best position is to stand in a kind of tree pose (Feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent, back straight and arms rounded in front of your body, as if you are hugging a tree). This pose allows you to get even more grounded and work with gravity to uplift your energy.
